2. Please describe any revisions you need to make to any of your project goals.  Make sure you list: 1) the original goal, 2) the proposed revision and 3) why you would like to change it.  
We do not have any changes at this point in time.

3. What percentage of your PRIMARY goal to you have completed? (money not turned in doesn't count).
19% of our goal has been achieved ($115/$600) in clothing donations.

4. Describe your SECONDARY goals and explain how you're progressing with them.  Use concrete terms and percentages, when applicable.
Our secondary goal was to raise $200 in donations. We have been doing well with our primary goal that we have not reached our secondary goal as of yet.

Maggie- Historian, has collected appropriate materials to keep track of the groups accomplishments, has collected clothes to contribute to the primary goal.
Patrick- Liaison, contacted HSH about getting a box to collect clothes in.
Raquel- Treasurer, helped to find places or organizations to ask for donations. I've also compiled a list of materials we would need for the project. Has kept track of our donations so monetary value so far.
Mattie- Treasurer, helped in group discussions, made our gofundme page, has contacted various groups about donating clothing, started the food drive.
Grace- webmaster, has set up our website and has kept everything up to date. the website is organized and very well put together and easy to navigate.
Haley- Recorder, very organized and thorough meeting agendas and minutes. Always on top of everything that we do and is always submitting them on time and well done.

They are productive.

-Our website is very well put together and up to date.
-We are close to 20% of the way completed to our fundraising goals.
-Our meetings are productive and efficient.
-We work very well together as a team.
-Our agendas and meeting minutes are always done on time and very thorough.

16. What changes will you make to your team’s plan / habits / timeline based on this assessment?  How are you going to revise what you’re doing to to help you achieve your goals?
We believe we are in a great place and do not with to make any changes to our team's plan, habits, or timeline based on this assessment.
